Although we do not have extensive and exhaustive information about the life of Mahmud Kashgari, who had special merits in studying the spiritual borders, language richness, uniqueness of the Turkic World, and bringing it to the future by making it a book, the influence of his worthy efforts is obvious. Now Kashgari's famous book is one of the most valuable sources about the Turkic World since centuries. Mahmud Kashgari's acceptance of the "Kashgari" ratio does not necessarily mean that he was born in Kashgar, but growing up, living, and studying here is enough for that.
M. Kashgari received an excellent education for his time. There is historical information about the existence of many schools and madrasas in Kashgar during that period. We also find information about his studies in Samarkand, Hishapur and Bukhara.
